Participants will benefit through learning new skills, enhancing their self-confidence and building networks to enhance their personal, professional and community lives.
Employers will benefit by having higher skilled employees that are more engaged and committed to their workplace and community.
The Community will benefit by creating a network of leaders to serve as catalysts for positive community change.
